The Oconto Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored its annual Harvest Fest on Main St. Oconto on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. The weather was a great fall day with over 70 spots reserved. Many crafters, food vendors and local businesses displayed their wares. The band “Chain Reaction” provided entertainment.
It was one of the most beautiful days of the fall season on Saturday, September 28th as the Oconto Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored its 6th Annual Harvest Fest on Pecor St. from 9 a.m.- 3p.m. There was a variety of products displayed such as woodcrafts and collectibles by Patrick Frank, assorted crafts by Rachel Demerath, , produce from Lynette Desjarlais, Mary Kay products by Rita Skalecki and Ann Kabacinski, birdhouses and feeders and maple syrup by Norine Walters, Scentsy by Chrissy Trepanier, sweet treats by Heidi Reed and Bonnie Forgette, popcorn from the Cub Scouts, Watkins items by Bev Jensen, food items from Brothers 3 and Crivello’s and walking tacos from Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, metal flowers by Gary & Cindy Steele, metal artwork by Tanya & Jerry Wusterbarth, plants from Donna Doll-Yogerst, tupperware items by Desiree Rohde, personalized outdoor decor by Doug & Carol Janssen, perennials shrubs from Apple Valley Nursery Orchards, Chicago style hotdogs by Larry Murphy and numerous adoptable pets from the Oconto Area Humane Society.There was also an appearance by Smoky the Bear from the Oconto Fire Dept.
The Chamber would like to thank the vendors, the huge crowd that attended , Brayson’s Bouncers , Pensaukee Portables, the Oconto Police & Fire Dept. , Jeremy Wusterbarth and the Oconto Board of Public Works, Oconto Park & Rec Dept. and Larry of WOCO for providing DJ service.
