The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance of the organization. This includes a critical role in advancing the mission, impacting organizational financial performance and strategic growth, and shaping a sustainable and relevant future for the Chamber.

Samantha Routheau
President

Sammy currently serves as President of the Oconto Area Chamber of Commerce while also working as Marketing & Communications Specialist at Peshtigo National Bank, where she blends storytelling, strategy, and community engagement to support a hometown institution. Sammy is also a small business owner, operating Humble Market, a curated shop located inside The Cozy Collective, celebrating local makers and thoughtful design.

Beyond her professional roles, Sammy is actively involved in civic leadership. She serves on the Oconto Unified School District School Board and the Oconto Preschool Board, advocating for strong educational foundations and community support for families. Her collaborative approach and impact-driven work earned her recognition as a past speaker at the Governor’s Conference on Tourism, where she shared insights on outstanding community collaboration.

Her work centers on one simple belief: when people feel proud of where they live, everything else grows from there.

Suzie Cain is the owner and operator of Cain Accounting LLC, a business she has proudly led since 1999. A Certified Public Accountant since 1995, Suzie brings decades of experience, professionalism, and a trusted, steady approach to financial management. In addition to serving her clients, she has helped numerous local organizations navigate their financials and better understand their numbers.
 
Suzie currently serves as Treasurer for the Oconto Area Chamber of Commerce, where her knowledge and attention to detail play an important role in supporting the Chamber’s work and long-term goals.
 
Outside of the office, Suzie enjoys life with her husband Travis, their two children, and three grandchildren. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and relaxing with a good book.

Director
Jenni Dolata serves as a Director on the Oconto Area Chamber of Commerce Board and is the Branch Manager at Farmers & Merchants Bank & Trust. With 35 years of experience in banking, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of financial services along with a strong commitment to relationship-based community banking.
 
Jenni has been actively involved in the community for more than 30 years, supporting local organizations and initiatives that strengthen the area she calls home. She lives in Pound with her husband and is the proud mom of two grown children.
